And, it <br />is difficult to establish a system <br />without knowing this. Staff advised <br />that this is a requirement of the <br />Police Department and that applicant <br />should work with that office on this <br />requirement. <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Referred to Council <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending to the <br />,City Council approval of this re- <br />~quest subject to all conditions and <br />findings, was entered and unanimously <br />iadopted. <br />The Commissioners supported staff's <br />position as spelled out in their <br />report dated May 12, 1976, and <br />requested that the matter be re- <br />ferred to Council. <br />Review of land uses along Vineyard <br />Avenue . <br />Review of parking requirement for the <br />RM (Multiple Residential) District. <br />The Commissioners received the re- <br />port but did not take action at <br />this time. It was felt that after <br />the land use study for Vineyard <br />Avenue was acted upon, the question <br />of the parking for .the multiple dis- <br />trict might possibly have to be <br />reviewed again. <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />X <br />-11- <br />
