Com- <br />missioner Jamieson cast the dis- <br />senting vote to this action. <br />AP-76-8, Deryl Houser - appeal to a <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />denying a request to conduct a home <br />occupation consisting of the making <br />of handicraft items at 4545 Second <br />Street. <br />Mr. Harris explained that the owner <br />of the building initially had ob- <br />jected, but has since changed his <br />mind. <br />However, the Commissioners did not <br />wish to consider this case without <br />the applicant being present. <br />This matter was continued pending <br />staff advising the applicant to be <br />present when his case is reviewed <br />at the next regular meeting. <br />James Lee Munn - review of a request <br />for a permit to operate a tow truck <br />service from a residence at 4478 <br />Mohr Avenue, #48. <br />Mr. Munn was present at the hearing. <br />This business was previously con- <br />ducted from his residence on Stanley <br />Boulevard. He explained the manner <br />in which his business is being con- <br />ducted. Only phone calls are taken <br />at his residence. His tow truck is <br />parked in his parking stall, and he <br />goes out to answer calls on a 24 hr. <br />basis.
