'"'"'°• CITY of PLEASANTON <br />' Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dat@ : September 8, 1976 <br />Tim@ : 8:45 P.M. <br />PIGC@: Pleasanton Council Chambers <br />as shown in the staff report dated <br />September 8, 1976. <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-76-10, Recom- <br />mended Approval, <br />Res. 1446 <br />ORDINANCE AMEND- <br />MENT <br />RZ-76-9, Recom- <br />mend Denial, <br />Res. 1447 <br />Planning Commission - application to <br />,rezone the Mormon Church site at <br />Valley Avenue and Paseo Santa Cruz <br />and environs as follows: the approxi-'~ <br />mately four-acre church site from i <br />the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) <br />District and R-1-6500 (Single Family <br />'Residential) District to the P ', <br />(Public and Institutional) District; <br />sand parcels of land located at 6206 <br />Paseo Santa Cruz, 6302 Calle Alta- <br />mira and 6324 Calle Altamira (the <br />northerly 22 feet) from the RM-4000 <br />(Multiple Residential) District to <br />the R-1-6500 (Single Family Resi- <br />dential) District. <br />Secretary Harris explained that the <br />reason staff is recommending this <br />rezoning is because the properties <br />are developed and it makes more <br />sense to have them carry the appro- <br />priate zoning for their uses.
