Also,
that this action would be an infring
ment on the property owners.
Commissioner Doherty expressed con-
cern regarding this proposed action.
He did not feel the traffic situatio
could be solved by penalizing the
property owners in the area.
Commissioner Shepherd also expressed
that opinion. While he felt sym-
pathy for the people who own pro-
perty there, he felt good planning
must be considered and that whatever
the Planning Commission does, it
should be done by establishing some
criteria and method to follow. Ex-
ceptions should not be made for any
property owner.
CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT
UP-76-24, Approved,
Res. 1445
A resolution was then entered and
adopted unanimously denying the
application as proposed.
Roger Bailey - application for a con-
ditional use permit to allow the
keeping and raising of pigeons, and
a pheasant at his residence located
at 3386 Harpers Ferry Court; zoning
for the property is R-1-6500 (Single
Family) District.
Secretary Harris described the staff
report, with recommendation of ap-
proval for six months, at which time
review of the matter would take plac
-4-
Resolution
Seconded:
Ayes:
Noes:
Absent:
Abstain:
IX
