Dan Pons, 4242 Vervais Avenue, indicated that the original conditions <br />attached to City Council approval have not been adhered to. He remains <br />opposed to access being granted for Vervais Avenue. <br />Mr. Amaral, attorney for Dan Pons and George Garibaldi, expressed <br />concerns about installing a sound deadening barrier. Also, would hours <br />be expanded to include Saturday work hours? <br />It was Commissioner Shepherd's position that all of the Commissioners' <br />concerns have been adequately covered with the listing of conditions <br />in the October 13 staff report. <br />Commissioner Jamieson wished to add into Condition 6 that the instal- <br />lation of the proposed filtration equipment be concurrent with the <br />access being utilized from Vervais Avenue. <br />Resolution 1452 was then entered by Commissioner Shepherd approving the <br />applicant's request subject to the conditions one through seven plus <br />8, 9 and 10, with the modifications previously discussed to Condition <br />No. 6. This resolution was seconded by Commissioner Doherty, and <br />carried, with Commissioner Jamieson dissenting and Commissioner Wood <br />absent. <br />Chairman Butler stated that the concerns expressed by ~Ir.
