Commission concurs with staff recommendation, they must adopt two resolu- <br />tions - 1) initiating rezoning; and 2) recommending the rezoning to the <br />City Council. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />The owner of the property under consideration, Mr. Frank Auf der Maur, was <br />present. <br />There were no questions and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution No. 1475 was entered and adopted initiating rezoning procedures <br />for the properties filed under RZ-76-24. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Doherty <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />The Commissioners then adopted Resolution No. 1476 recommending to the <br />City Council adoption of RZ-76-24, as petitioned. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Doherty <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />RZ-76-23, Planning Commission - application to amend Sec. 2-0.16, Article 16, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to re- <br />quire two parking spaces per unit for multiple residential dwelling units <br />containing three or more bedrooms and to require visitor parking in the <br />ratio of one space for each seven units on a multiple residential site. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that staff had conducted a survey of existing <br />parking for multiple dwellings and pointed out the draft ordinance attached <br />to the staff report. There was one correction to be made on the draft <br />ordinance, which was...to add the word "each" under parking required for <br />units containing less than three bedrooms. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. No one spoke to this matter, and the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution No. 1477 was entered and adopted recommending to the City Council <br />an amendment to the ordinance pertaining to parking requirements for multi- <br />ple residential dwelling units. <br />-5- <br />~_t,.._, <br />
