The Public Hearing was opened, Mr. Roger Fiske, designer, made the presen- tation. Also speaking for the park was Morrison Homes representative, Woody Pereira, who described the first phase of the park development which would consist of two acres. He stated that at each phase of development, the developer would either provide improvements or dedicate land. The Public Hearing was closed. Resolution No. 1494 was entered and adopted making the finding that no adverse impacts would be experienced through the development of the land as a park and that the Commissioners accepted staff recommendation to file a negative declaration. Resolution No. 1495 was entered and adopted recommending to the City Council approval of the master plan for Heritage Valley. Deputy City Attorney Levine explained the Conflict of Interest Code to the Commissioners in very brief form, stating that he would have to place it as an agenda item for a future meeting. B. Secretary Harris advised the Commissioners of an upcoming Planning Commissioners one-day seminar on February 19 in San Jose.
