Roll Call Vote <br />Motion: Wood <br />Seconded: Butler <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />REFERRALS FROM PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />Review of master plan for Heritage Valley Park Plan. <br />The Public Hearing was opened, Mr. Roger Fiske, designer, made the presen- <br />tation. Also speaking for the park was Morrison Homes representative, <br />Woody Pereira, who described the first phase of the park development which <br />would consist of two acres. He stated that at each phase of development, <br />the developer would either provide improvements or dedicate land. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution No. 1494 was entered and adopted making the finding that no <br />adverse impacts would be experienced through the development of the land as <br />a park and that the Commissioners accepted staff recommendation to file a <br />negative declaration. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wood <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Next, the Commissioners reviewed the master plan as presented by the developer, <br />his designer, and Mr. Sooby of the Engineering Department. <br />Resolution No. 1495 was entered and adopted recommending to the City Council <br />approval of the master plan for Heritage Valley. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Jamieson <br />Seconded: Wood <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF THE COMMISSION <br />A. Deputy City Attorney Levine explained the Conflict of Interest Code to <br />the Commissioners in very brief form, stating that he would have to place <br />it as an agenda item for a future meeting. <br />B. Secretary Harris advised the Commissioners of an upcoming Planning <br />Commissioners one-day seminar on February 19 in San Jose.
