Resolution No. 1490 was entered and adopted approving the conditional use <br />permit for a swimming pool sales and service business with the installation <br />of a display pool for the business at 4377 First Street with the three <br />conditions proposed by staff and the additional condition of installation <br />of an alarm system. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Wood <br />Ayes: Shepherd, Wood, <br />Noes: Jamieson <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />Chairman Butler <br />At this point, the Design Review Board reconvened to review the design of <br />the display pool, and those proceedings are reflected in the Design Review <br />Board minutes of February 9, 1977. <br />UP-77-3, Granville's, Ltd. - application for a conditional use permit to <br />allow a cooking school to be located at 1991-L Santa Rita Road, a part of <br />the Mission Plaza Shopping Center; zoning for the property is C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />Secretary Harris indicated that an additional condition should be added <br />that the applicant contact the Health Department for possible considerations <br />they may have. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. Louisa Abbott, applicant, was present. She <br />described the operation of the cooking school. <br />Chairman Butler brought up the incompatibility of the sign Granville's has <br />erected.
