Resolution No. 1504 was entered and adopted making the finding that this <br />project could not cause adverse effects on the environment and that a <br />negative declaration would be prepared. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Wood <br />Ayes: Doherty, .7amieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />The Public Hearing was then opened on the minor subdivision application. <br />No one spoke at this point, Mr. Hirst having commented earlier on the <br />application. The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution No. 1505 was entered and adopted approving MS-76-14, subject to <br />conditions in the staff report, plus the additional condition pertaining <br />to a revision in the annexation agreement on sewer capacity. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Jamieson <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Review of a request for an outcall massage service to be conducted by <br />Lin Young at 763 Mirador Court <br />Secretary Harris recommended denial of this application since the City <br />Council had adopted an ordinance which would prohibit such activities in <br />the City. This ordinance is slated to become effective in about three weeks. <br />The Commissioners related the phone calls they had received from various <br />individuals who had expressed concern regarding this oroposed operation. <br />They then asked how this type of service was handled in other jurisdic- <br />tions. <br />Ms. Young was not present at the meeting. <br />A motion was entered and adopted denying this home occupation permit as <br />petitioned. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Motion: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Wood <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />-8- <br />
