Secretary Harris+ in his August 10 memorandum requested that this review <br />be incorporated with the staff's review of the downtown. The Commissioners <br />agreed that this matter should be reviewed as part of the downtown specific <br />plan project, which would be started soon after the Growth Management Program <br />is completed. <br />Amendment to PUD Ordinance - initiation of an amendment to the PUD Ordinance <br />to clarify whether a PUD application may be filed on two or more non- <br />contiguous properties. <br />As noted in the memorandum to the Planning Commission dated August 10, <br />1977, this ordinance amendment would be to prohibit planned unit developments <br />of two or more non-contiguous properties, and to clarify the ordinance in <br />that regard. Chairman Butler wished to know if this same question could <br />arise under a multiple or single family review, and Secretary Harris indicated <br />that it could. Then, the Chairman asked that this possibility be considered <br />when drafting the ordinance. <br />After all discussion was completed, Resolution No. 1555 was entered and <br />adopted initiating an amendment to Article 14 (PUD Ordinance? of the Code <br />as it pertains to two or more non-contiguous properties. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Doherty <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Shepherd, Wood and Chairman Butler <br />Conformance with General Plan - disposition of property on Peters P,venue - <br />The staff report was reviewed.
