It was verified that a con- <br />ditional use permit would need to be filed for such uses. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. No one spoke. A draft ordinance would be <br />prepared which would show swimming pools and hot tubs as accessory structures <br />from a siting standpoint. This ordinance revision would remove certain <br />swimming pool regulations from the zoning ordinance and modify the Swimming <br />-7 - <br /> <br />
