Zoning <br />for the property is - (Public and Institutional) District. <br />This item was continued to January 11, 1978. <br />RZ-77-14, Planning Commission - application to amend Section 2-7.08(a) of <br />Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br />to allow waterbed sales as a permitted use in the C-N (Neighborhood Commer- <br />cial) , C-C (Central Commercial) and C-R (Regional Commercial) Districts. <br />Secretary Harris briefly described why the ordinance amendment is before the <br />Commission . <br />Chairman Butler asked about the logic behind restricting the sales to small <br />accessory items and waterbeds only.
