Zoning for the properties is A (Agricultural) <br />and P (Public and Institutional) Districts. <br />This is a continued Public Hearing from the Design Review Board. No com- <br />ments were made and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Wood wished to suggest more landscaping and Commissioner <br />Doherty indicated that a final landscaping plan should be reviewed by <br />the Design Review Board. <br />It was agreed to hold a special meeting of the Design Review Board to <br />take care of this matter. <br />Resolution No. 1579 was entered and adopted approving Z~-77-150, subject <br />to the conditions in the staff report and modifications regarding further <br />review of final landscape plan. <br />-3- <br /> <br />
