Secretary Harris explained <br />how this would be handled. <br />The Public Hearing was closed on the environmental assessment. <br />Resolution No. 1578 was entered and adopted making the finding that the <br />project would not have an adverse effect on the environment as mitigated <br />and that a negative declaration would be prepared. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Doherty <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br />Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Z-77-150 - LAVWMA - application for design review for an export pump <br />station and regulating reservoirs proposed to be constructed south. of the <br />Commerce Circle industrial development and approximately 700 ft. east of <br />Johnson Industrial Drive, a junction structure proposed to be located just <br />north of the future Stoneridge Drive approximately 750 ft. east of the <br />Alamo Canal and a pumping facility to be constructed on the site of the <br />VCSD Sewage Treatment Plant. Zoning for the properties is A (Agricultural) <br />and P (Public and Institutional) Districts. <br />This is a continued Public Hearing from the Design Review Board. No com- <br />ments were made and the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Wood wished to suggest more landscaping and Commissioner <br />Doherty indicated that a final landscaping plan should be reviewed by <br />the Design Review Board. <br />It was agreed to hold a special meeting of the Design Review Board to <br />take care of this matter. <br />Resolution No. 1579 was entered and adopted approving Z~-77-150, subject <br />to the conditions in the staff report and modifications regarding further <br />review of final landscape plan. <br />-3- <br /> <br />
