Resolution 1603 was entered and adopted declining to initiate the ordinance <br />amendment as set forth in the draft attachment to the December 14, 1977, <br />staff report. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wood <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood <br />Noes: Chairman Butler <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Determination of Use Not Listed - Restaurant with Entertainment in the <br />I-G (General Industrial District. <br />The staff memorandum on this matter was explained by Secretary Harris. <br />After reviewing the information, the Commissioners found that the proposal <br />to establish a restaurant with a tennis court for exhibitions would not <br />be allowed in the I-G District. <br />Resolution 1604 was entered and adopted requesting that the staff investi- <br />gate the possibility of allowing restaurants, with entertainment, in the <br />I-G District. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wood <br />Seconded: Butler <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />Then Resolution 1605 was entered and adopted making the finding that a <br />restaurant with an exhibition tennis court for entertainment of guests <br />are not similar enough to be considered as a conditionally allowed use in <br />the I-G District. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Shepherd <br />Seconded: Wood <br />Ayes: Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Doherty <br />Abstain: None <br />-8- <br />
