I Application for a conditional use permit to construct and operate a sewage effluent pump station located along the west side of W.P. R. R. about 450 feet south of Bernal Avenue. The property is zoned I-P (Industrial Park) District. The Public Hearing was opened on the conditional use permit review. No comments were made. The Public Hearing was closed. Resolution No. 1599 was entered and adopted approving the application subject to the conditions and findings noted in the staff report. The Commissioners concurred with staff recommendations and adopted Pesolution No. 1601 recommending to the City Council adoption of the ordinance amend- ments.
