A motion was entered and adopted requesting the developer to submit revised <br />plans for the service station. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Motion: Doherty <br />Seconded: Shepherd <br />Ayes: Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd, Butler <br />Noes: None <br />Z-78-46, Merle Telford <br />Review of a negative declaration for a commercial complex to be located at <br />201 Main Street. <br />Application for design review for a commercial complex to be located at <br />201 Main Street immediately north of the old Post Office building; zoning <br />for the property is C-C/C-O (Central Commercial/Civic Overlay) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff report. The staff is recommending <br />approval subject to conditions. They also suggested that the Main Street <br />facade be provided with additional storefront oriented toward it, or have <br />storefront at a diagonal facing both Main Street and the parking area. The <br />south side of Building B was noted to need some wood detailing covered with <br />stucco to provide definition. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Chris Beratlis, came forward to speak for the applicant, Merle Telford. <br />He asked about Condition No. 21, provision of low-level lighting.
