Review of proposed <br />portion of Santa R <br />Western Pacific Ra <br />street name changes: <br />to Road between brid <br />lroad tracks, <br />Secretary Harris gave the staff report, indicating three letters have been <br />received requesting street name changes from Brad Hirst, Chris Beratlis, <br />and Jim Stratton. C. Elliott, Inc. - application for Tentative <br />Map Approval of a 22-lot subdivision located between Vineyard Avenue and <br />Chardonnay Drive near the end of Touriga Drive. Zoning for the property <br />is R-1-6500 District. <br />Secretary Harris gave the staff report, stating that since the subject <br />Tentative Map is in substantial conformance with the RAP approved pre- <br />liminary map and is also in conformance with the General Plan, the staff <br />recommends approval subject to 24 conditions as outlined in the staff <br />report. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Dale Hornberger, associated with Freeman & D'Angelo, spoke in favor for <br />owner H. C.
