Resolution No. 1664 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the development plans filed under case PUD-78-3 subject to 36 conditions in staff report and subject to revising Condition No. 7 to allow loading and deliveries beginning at 7:00 A.M.; No. 19 to delete recordation require- ment; and No. 33 to add that a final solution for the widening of Tawny, acceptable to the staff, be worked out prior to issuance of any building permits for any part of the development. Secretary Harris described the staff report recommending the rezoning. The Public Hearing was opened. Ken Best, the applicant, 2350 Royal Oaks Drive, Alamo, was in attendance and had no comments. The Public Hearing was closed. Resolution No. 1665 was entered and adopted making the finding that the proposed rezoning to the I-G 40,000 sq. ft. designation would not have an adverse impact on the environment and that a Negative Declaration would be filed.
