Resolution No. 1664 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />development plans filed under case PUD-78-3 subject to 36 conditions in <br />staff report and subject to revising Condition No. 7 to allow loading and <br />deliveries beginning at 7:00 A.M.; No. 19 to delete recordation require- <br />ment; and No. 33 to add that a final solution for the widening of Tawny, <br />acceptable to the staff, be worked out prior to issuance of any building <br />permits for any part of the development. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wilson <br />Seconded: Geppert <br />Ayes: Geppert, Wilson, Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Getty, Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />RZ-78-8, Ken Best - application to rezone the approximately 32 acre site <br />located immediately north of the Western Pacific Railroad tracks and west <br />of Valley Avenue Extension (from the PUD (Industrial) District to I-G-40,000 <br />(General Industrial 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) District. <br />Secretary Harris described the staff report recommending the rezoning. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />Ken Best, the applicant, 2350 Royal Oaks Drive, Alamo, was in attendance <br />and had no comments. <br />The Public Hearing was closed. <br />Resolution No. 1665 was entered and adopted making the finding that the <br />proposed rezoning to the I-G 40,000 sq. ft. designation would not have an <br />adverse impact on the environment and that a Negative Declaration would be <br />filed. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Geppert <br />Seconded: Wilson <br />Ayes: Geppert, Wilson, Doherty <br />Noes : None <br />Absent: Getty, Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 1666 was entered and adopted re Case RZ-78-8 recommending <br />to the City Council that the subject site be rezoned from the PUD (Industrial) <br />District to the I-G 40,000 District. <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Resolution: Wilson <br />Seconded: Geppert <br />Ayes: Geppert, Wilson, Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Getty, Jamieson <br />Abstain: None <br />-5- <br />
