Roll Call Vote
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Geppert, Getty, Wilson and
Chairman Jamieson
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Commissioner Doherty made a motion that this body has reviewed and con-
sidered the information contained in the EIR prior to the approval of
the project. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Wilson.
Roll Call Vote
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Geppert, Getty, Wilson and
Chairman Jamieson
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Commissioner Doherty made a motion declaring that there are in the EIR
certain adverse impacts which may be significant but that the conditions
of approval which will be attached to the case reduce all but one of
these impacts to an insignificant level. The one impact which can be
mitigated is the reduction in woodland habitat but that there are over-
riding social and economic reasons for approving the project despite
removal of this vegetation. This motion was seconded by Commissioner
Geppert.
Roll Call Vote
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Geppert, Getty, Wilson and
Chairman Jamieson
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Resolution No. 1726 was then entered and adopted approving the filing of
the EIR for PUD-78-1.
Commissioner Geppert moved for approval of PUD-78-1, subject to all 32
conditions presented earlier by him (the last of which states that this
matter does not need to come back before the Planning Commission if
changed or added to by City Council); and other conditions of staff and/or
City Council. This motion was seconded by Commissioner Wilson and a roll
call vote with all five Commissioners concurring with the approval.
Resolution No. 1727 was then adopted recommending approval to City Council
of PUD-78-1.
Roll Call Vote
Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Geppert, Getty, Wilson and
Chairman Jamieson
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
-10-
