Planning Commission <br />May 9, 1979 <br />Page 9 <br />Resolution No. 1744 was then entered and adopted for the environmental assessment <br />for PUD-79-3. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Geppert <br />that PUD-79-3 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions of the staff <br />report of May 9, 1979. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Geppert, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Getty <br />Resolution No. 1745 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of PUD-79-3. <br />RZ-79-8, Planning Commission <br />Application of the Planning Commission to prezone a one-acre parcel of land located <br />at 6248 Amber Lane to the R-1-40,000 (Single-Family Residential) District or to <br />any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan.
