A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Geppert that PUD-79-3 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions of the staff report of May 9, 1979. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Geppert, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairman Doherty Noes: Commissioner Getty Resolution No. 1745 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of PUD-79-3. RZ-79-8, Planning Commission Application of the Planning Commission to prezone a one-acre parcel of land located at 6248 Amber Lane to the R-1-40,000 (Single-Family Residential) District or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. Mr. Harris explained the staff report. The public hearing was opened. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Geppert, seconded by Commissioner Getty that this project has no significant adverse impacts on the environment and that the negative declaration as prepared should be approved. A motion was made by Commissioner Geppert, seconded by Commissioner Getty that this project be recommend for approval.
