PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES JULY 26, 1979 (continued) <br />Commissioner Geppert asked what sewer district this area would be in. Mr. Fairfield <br />stated that it was not known at this time which district this development would <br />be sewered from; that Valley Avenue and sewage is the key. <br />No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br />There being no further testimony, Chairman Doherty declared the public hearing closed <br />on the application and the negative declaration. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that <br />Resolution No. 1765 approving the negative declaration be adopted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />It was moved by Commissioner Geppert, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that Resolution <br />No. 1766 recommending approval of GP-79-6 subject to the staff report with conditions <br />1, 3, 5, and 9 as revised at this meeting and deleting condition 6 be adopted. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Chairman Doherty recessed the meeting at 10:55pm. <br />Chairman Doherty reconvened the meeting at 11:OOpm. <br />GP-79-8, Harris Realty <br />Application for a General Plan amendment to change the land use designation of the <br />General Plan of the properties located at 444, 459, 471, 486 and 496 St. Marys Street <br />from "High Density Residential" to "Commercial and Offices" <br />The public hearing was opened and continued to the meeting of September 12, 1979, <br />7:30pm, Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br />RZ-79-13, Thomas Jorgensen <br />Application to rezone a 0.7 acre lot located at 4225 Stanley Blvd. from the R-1-6500 <br />District to the C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />The public hearing was opened and continued until the meeting of September 12, 1979, <br />7:30pm, Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br />UP-79-15, Joe Madden <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the warehousing and wholesaling of <br />food products in the commercial service complex presently under construction at <br />3701-23 Old Santa Rita Road. The property is zoned C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented his report dated July 26, 1979 regarding this matter. He <br />stated the use permit covered all three buildings and was a categorical exemption <br />based on the previous negative declaration originally approved. <br />-9- <br />
