PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Page 4 <br />8/8/79 <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Geppert that the <br />project filed under PUD-79-2 be recommended for rezoning to HPD. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Wilson and Chairman <br />Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 1781 was then entered and adopted recommending the 74.5 acres in case PUD-79-2 <br />be rezoned to HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Chairman Doherty that a <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration be approved for GP-79-14 as recommended by staff. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Geppert <br />Resolution No. 1782 was then entered recommending approval of the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration as proposed for GP-79-14. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that <br />GP-79-14 be recommended for approval as petitioned. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Wilson <br />and Chairman Doherty <br />Commissioner Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 1783 was then entered and adopted recommending GP-79-14 be approved. <br />UP-79-14, McDonald§ <br />Application of McDonald's Corporation for a conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />and operation of a drive-in restaurant facility on a 1.6 acre site located at the <br />northeast intersection of Pimlico Drive and Santa Rita Road. The site is zoned C-F <br />(Freeway Commercial) District. A~negative declaration of environmental impacts will also <br />be considered. <br />The public hearing was opened and the matter continued to September 12, 1979 at the <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds. <br />GP-79-13, Hacienda Mobile Home Park <br />Application of Hacienda Mobile Home Park for an amendment to the General Plan which <br />would include a five-acre parcel of land located immediately adjacent to the eastern <br />boundary of the Mobile Home Park located at 3231 Vineyard Avenue as being within the <br />"Urbanization Line" on the Land Use Map of the General Plan. A negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />The public hearing was opened and the matter continued indefinitely for further engineering <br />studies. <br />GP-79-15, Taubman Company, Inc. <br />Application of Taubman Company, Inc. for an amendment to the General Plan which would <br />change the Land Use designation of the property located on the northeast corner of <br />Foothill Road and Stoneridge Drive from "Public and Institutional" (Planned BART station) <br />_.. _.... _ .. r.._ .. <br />
