A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that case GP-79-19 be recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Leppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson <br />Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1820 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />case GP-79-19. <br />UP-79-22, Stoneson Associates <br />App ica ion o Stoneson Associates for a conditional use permit to allow <br />a subdivision sales office to be located at 5356 Brookside Court, <br />Pleasanton. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />As no one spoke either in favor or opposition to this project, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Geppert, <br />that case UP-79-22 be approved subject to the conditions of the staff <br />report because all required findings in granting this use permit could <br />be made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson <br />Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1821 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-79-22. <br />UP-79-24, George Canessa <br />Application of George Canessa for a conditional use permit which would <br />allow the following uses in the proposed new commercial buildings proposed <br />to be located on a 76,426 sq. ft. site at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard: <br />auction rooms, automobile and RV service, automobile upholstery, boat <br />service and sales, bookbinding, building material sales, carpet and rug <br />cleaning, electrical. equipment, repair and electrical shops, financial <br />institutions, gymnasiums and health clubs, heating and air conditioning <br />shops, household repairs, meeting halls, motorcycle sales and service, <br />painting--glass and wallpaper shop, prefabircated structure sales, sheet- <br />metal shops, truck/trailer and/or RV sales and service, veterinarian offices, <br />warehouse, waterbed shops, frozen food distributors. The property is <br />zoned C-S (Commercial-Service) District. <br />This matter was continued to December 12, 1979 inasmuch as the design of <br />the building was denied by the Design Review Board at their meeting of <br />November 14, 1979. <br />-6- <br />
