Commissioner Leppert stated he was not convinced that a blanket con- <br />ditional use permit should be issued as he did not wish to destroy <br />the 'conditional use system'. <br />Commissioner Jamieson stated he agreed that in granting this use <br />permit it might be precedent setting. <br />Mr. Harris stated in instances of this type, it created a big <br />inconvenience in getting tenants and often tenants moved in and then <br />were informed they need a conditional use permit and, thus, this <br />application would be beneficial to all concerned. Mr. Harris <br />further stated that, yes, this would be precedent setting. <br />Commissioner Wilson stated that in granting this conditional use <br />permit it would be helpdul in renting 15-20 areas and it will allow <br />the developer to rent knowing that he can put a particular type use <br />on the property.
