Resolution No. 1834 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of case PUD-79-13. RZ-79-24, Pleasanton Surgery Center Application to rezone the rear and side approximately 36,000 sq. ft. of the Lynnewood Methodist Church site on Black Avenue from the P (Public and Institutional) District to the O (Office) District. Mr. Harris described the staff report. TYie public hearing was opened. J. Jack Bras, 90 Mission Drive, representing the applicant stated he would be happy to answer any questions. J. Ferrari, owner, 865 Abbie Street, also spoke. He stated there would be a 1 acre and a 1.7 acre parcel. As there were no questions presented, the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Leppert, seconded by Commissioner Wilson that the negative declaration made for RZ-79-24 be approved as this project would have no significant adverse effects on the environment. A motion was then made by Commissioner Geppert, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson that case RZ-79-24 be approved as per the staff report. RZ-79-23, Planning Commission The application to rezone the approximately 3.2 acre site located on the north side of Black Avenue between Harvest Road and Crestline Road from the RM-2500 (17 units per acre) District to the RM-4000 (11 units per acre) District.
