Resolution No. 1834 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-79-13. <br />RZ-79-24, Pleasanton Surgery Center <br />Application to rezone the rear and side approximately 36,000 sq. ft. <br />of the Lynnewood Methodist Church site on Black Avenue from the <br />P (Public and Institutional) District to the O (Office) District. <br />Mr. Harris described the staff report. <br />TYie public hearing was opened. <br />J. Jack Bras, 90 Mission Drive, representing the applicant stated <br />he would be happy to answer any questions. <br />J. Ferrari, owner, 865 Abbie Street, also spoke.
