ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Leppert <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 1847 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />EIR for case PUD-80-1. <br />Commissioner Geppert stated he had problems with access and traffic concerning <br />the Caroline project and thus his reason for not supporting the EIR. <br />Commissioner Jamieson then inquired as to who would be maintaining the roads <br />on this project. Mr. Schaumburg stated it has been past City policy to main- <br />tain the roads but that the trend is changing. <br />Chairperson Doherty suggested it might be prudent to leave this area open <br />and ask City Council for guidance in this determination. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />to recommend approval of case PUD-80-1 subject to the staff report with the <br />following changes: <br />Conditions #35, #37, #41 and #45: <br />Delete and consider at tentative map stage. <br />Condition #36: Correct to read 16' instead of 18'. <br />Add the following conditions: <br />That the 30' wide landscape buffer along the western boundary be put in <br />completely at the beginning of the project and that the buffer, the 30' <br />strip along Valley Avenue and at least the front 25' of all lots facing <br />interior streets be maintained at all times by the property owners assoc- <br />iation. (Per sheet #2 of the Development Plan.) <br />That the height of any building not exceed 32' unless otherwise approved by <br />the Design Review Board. <br />That approval of this project does not guarantee sewer capacity for the <br />subject property. <br />That the hours of operation of all non-office activities on Lots 8 through <br />13 and 21 through 25 and 41 be Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Doherty <br />Noes: Commissioner Geppert <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 1848 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />PUD-80-1. <br />RZ-80-1, City Council <br />Application of the City Council to amend Article 3, Chapter 2, Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to require that motor homes <br />and trucks with campers be appropriately screened when parked on residential <br />properties. <br />-11- <br />
