Mr. Hirst says he feels strongly that the shopping center <br />does not need a loading berth and asked that parking spaces <br />41 and 42 remain as parking spaces and not a loading berth. He <br />stated this proposal is unlike a Lucky or Safeway shopping <br />center in that they will not be receiving deliveries by large <br />trucks. <br />-3- <br />
