Larry Miller, one of the applicants, was present. He stated he agreed to all of the conditions of the staff report and that they have taken down the sign as requested and have submitted a letter to the staff concerning parking for the building. Acting Chairperson Wilson asked when the shop would be opened and Mr. Miller stated it would be open in about 45 days. Commissioner Jamieson asked if Mr. Miller was going through the health department. Mr. Miller stated they are in the middle of that process now. The public hearing was closed. Commissioner Getty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson that all of the required findings could be made in granting this use permit and that case UP-80-6 be approved subject to the conditions.of the staff report of April 9, 1980. TENTATIVE TRACT MAPS Tentative Map Tract 4571, Northwood Homes Application of Northwood Homes for tentative map approval for an 8-lot residential subdivision of the 1.62 acre site located on the west side of Muirwood Drive immediately north of Lemonwood Way. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development-Single Family Residential) District. Mr. Harris stated he had nothing to add to the staff report. Commissioner Getty reminded the staff that solar should be considered in all future tentative maps. Mr. Harris stated solar would be included in future maps but that this is the last stage of processing for this develop- ment.
