Larry Miller, one of the applicants, was present. He stated he agreed <br />to all of the conditions of the staff report and that they have taken down <br />the sign as requested and have submitted a letter to the staff concerning <br />parking for the building. <br />Acting Chairperson Wilson asked when the shop would be opened and Mr. Miller <br />stated it would be open in about 45 days. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked if Mr. Miller was going through the health <br />department. Mr. Miller stated they are in the middle of that process now. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Getty made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson that <br />all of the required findings could be made in granting this use permit and <br />that case UP-80-6 be approved subject to the conditions.of the staff report <br />of April 9, 1980. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Acting Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Doherty <br />Resolution No. 1871 was then entered and adopted approving UP-80-6. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />There were none. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAPS <br />Tentative Map Tract 4571, Northwood Homes <br />Application of Northwood Homes for tentative map approval for an 8-lot <br />residential subdivision of the 1.62 acre site located on the west side <br />of Muirwood Drive immediately north of Lemonwood Way. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development-Single Family Residential) <br />District. <br />Mr. Harris stated he had nothing to add to the staff report. <br />Commissioner Getty reminded the staff that solar should be considered in <br />all future tentative maps.
