Mrs. Vallarino was advised she has 15 days in which to appeal this decision <br />to the City Council. <br />UP-80-5, Bank of America <br />Application of the Bank of America for a 5-year extension for the condi- <br />tional use permit which would allow the retention of the interim bank <br />building on the property located at 6280 West Las Positas Boulevard. <br />Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood-Commercial) District. <br />Mr. Harris stated there was nothing to be added to <br />that the report recommends approval subject to sta <br />approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Silliman, Real Estate Consultant, 3180 Cordova <br />representing the applicant. He answered questions <br />Jamieson concerning future development of the Bank <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />the staff report and <br />ndard conditions of <br />Way, Lafayette, spoke <br />posed by Commissioner <br />of America. <br />Mr. Schaumburg stated that he would like an additional condition added; <br />namely, "That the applicant grant a 10 ft. wide public service easement <br />from the west property line to the existing sanitary sewer easement." <br />Commissioner Getty made a motion which was seconded by Commissioner Jamieson <br />that all required findings can be made and that UP-80-5 be approved subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report dated April 9, 1980 and that the <br />condition requested by Mr. Schaumburg be added. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Acting Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Doherty <br />Resolution No. 1870 was entered and adopted approving case UP-80-5. <br />UP-80-6, Larry Miller and Chuck Peek <br />Application of Larry Miller and Chuck Peek for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow a restaurant (sandwich shop) on the property located at <br />7063 Commerce Circle.
