Ron Harrison, Northwood Homes, addressed the Commission. He stated <br />he agrees with all conditions of the staff report of April 9, 1980. <br />Acting Chairperson Wilson asked if this included the Engineering Services <br />conditions to which Mr. Harrison responded, 'yes.' <br />Marilyn Techmire, 3821 Muirwood Drive spoke concerning this project. She <br />stated she has no problem with the proposed map but would like the City <br />to consider a three-way stop sign at the bottom of Muirwood and Lemonwood. <br />She stated this is a safety necessity. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Acting Chairperson Wilson asked Mr. Schaumbrug about the stop sign. <br />Mr. Schaumburg stated he believed a study was done years ago on Muirwood <br />and he would look into the matter. Acting Chairperson Wilson asked if <br />Mr. Schaumburg would bring this matter before the traffic committee. <br />Commissioner Getty stated she didn't believe a stop sign should be con- <br />sidered with the tentative map. If was agreed this was a separate item. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that Tentative Map Tract 4571 be approved subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report dated April 9, 1980, including that of Engineering Services. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Acting Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Doherty <br />Resolution No. 1872 was then entered and adopted approving Tentative Map <br />Tract 4571, subject to the conditions of the staff report of April 9, 1980. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 P.M. <br />~.~ <br />Robert J.
