ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1875 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the mitigated negative declaration for case PUD-80-3. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, that case PUD-80-3 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions shown on the staff report of 5/14/80 amending conditions #2 <br />and #8 to read as follows: <br />2. That the developer make an in-lieu cash payment <br />to the City for the estimated cost of one-half <br />of the bridge across the Arroyo Mocho at Martin <br />Avenue, but that the figure is not to exceed <br />$250,000, and that these funds can be used for <br />the bridge across the Arroyo Mocho at Santa <br />Rita Road or any other public works improve- <br />ment beneficial to the subject property as <br />determined by the City Council. <br />8. That the eastern edge of the development be <br />filled a'n additional 2 ft. per the recommen- <br />dation of the Archaeological Report done for <br />the Indian midden or an amount agreed to by <br />a competent Archaeologist in order to preclude <br />any further disturbance to the midden through <br />the placement of underground utilities. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Doherty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1876 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />case PUD-80-3 for Amador Valley Investors. <br />PUD-80-4, Dennan Construction Company <br />Application of Dennan Construction Company to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District and the RM-2500 (Multiple Residential) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District a 4.4 acre site <br />located on the east side of Fairlands Drive immediately north of West <br />Las Positas Boulevard. This application also includes a request for <br />development plan approval for a 44-unit condominium complex proposed <br />to be built at this location.
