Rick Davis, Morrison Homes, spoke stating that the conditions of the <br />staff report are reasonable and they have no questions. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Jamieson that all findings required to grant this use permit can be made <br />and that UP-80-11 be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report <br />of 6/11/80. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1881 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-80-11, <br />application of Morrison Homes for a use permit subject to the conditions <br />of the staff report. <br />Chairperson Wilson stated that case UP-80-12 would be heard next and was <br />agreed to by Mr. Madden the proponent in case PUD-80-5. <br />UP-80-12, Bank of America <br />Application of the Bank of America for a conditional use permit which would <br />allow them to operate a financial institution in their new building proposed <br />to be located at 337 Main Street. The property is zoned C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />J. Jack Bras, architect for the project, was present representing Bank of <br />America. <br />There was no one in the audience having a comment on this matter, so the <br />Chairperson declared the public hearing closed. <br />Chairperson Wilson asked if. any wording should be changed on the staff <br />report inasmuch as the design review wasn't approved earlier in the <br />evening. Mr. Harris indicated no changes need be made in the wording. <br />Commissioner Jamieson made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />case UP-80-12 be approved because all required findings can be made to <br />grant this use permit. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1882 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-80-12 <br />for Bank of America subject to the conditions of the staff report of that <br />date. <br />Chairperson Wilson then indicated the next item on the agenda would be <br />Tentative Tract 4611, Mission Park and that case PUD-80-5 would be heard <br />last with Mr. Madden's approval. <br />-6- <br />_._._..__._....._~...___. ._ ... _...._ . .... .... ........_.....__......,__. ...~...~~......... ,._.. _. ~.... ...... ._. _. __.._. ..........._... ......___ __.. _.. ~_.. ... ._.. .. _. __ _ __..T...._._ .~..... .. <br />
