He stated this recommendation of denial comes <br />about because such a request is not in keeping with all of the special <br />purposes outlined in the Code for the C-N District. He explained the <br />purpose of each of the various commercial districts. <br />Chairperson Wilson stated that zoning in the commercial districts to <br />him related to the size of the property and that he thinks of C-N of <br />about three acres and when you get up to about 10 acres, it is no <br />longer neighborhood commercial. <br />-7- <br /> <br />
