ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Abstain: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1926 was then entered and. adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-80-12. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey <br />that case RZ-80-12 be recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Abstain: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1927 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-80-12. <br />A motion was then made and carried to initiate a zoning code change for <br />the original fairgrounds property as it is zoned agricultural and "A" <br />does not allow a fairgrounds. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Abstain: Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1928 was then entered and adopted initiating the rezoning <br />request. <br />Chairperson Wilson announced he would abstain from this case as he <br />has property near the subject site. <br />PUD-80-12, William S. Laidley <br />Application of William S. Laidley (by Art Dunkley, Castlewood Properties) <br />for the development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development <br />for the approximately 54+ acre site located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road, north of Bernal Avenue for a 24-lot, 35,000 sq. ft. minimum lot <br />size, single-family residential development. The property is zoned <br />HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District. A negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. He said that recently he has <br />received a letter from Earl Hart, Geologist from the State Division of <br />Mines and Geology that in his opinion the fault zone now goes <br />through the applicant's property.
