PUD-80-14, Reynolds and Brown <br />Application of Reynolds and Brown for development plan approval for <br />the 60 acre site located immediately south of Johnson Drive and about <br />700 ft. west of Hopyard Road for the most southeasterly portion of <br />the property. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will <br />also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to 1/14/81 to allow further analysis of <br />the project. <br />RZ-80-14, City Council <br />Application of the City Council to amend Section 2-5.38, Article 3, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to <br />change the rear yard setback and open sapce requirements for the <br />R-1-6500, R-1-7500, R-1-8500 and RM-4000 residential districts. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one spoke. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty that RZ-80-14 be recommended for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Jamieson (left the meeting early) <br />Resolution No. 1925 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of RZ-80-14 to the City Council. <br />Chairperson Wilson announced he would abstain from the next issue <br />because he is a member of the Alameda County Fair Board. <br />RZ-80-12, Planning Commission <br />Application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton to <br />zone a portion of the recently annexed property included in Annexation <br />No. 78 consisting of approximately 127 acres located east of the <br />extension of Valley Avenue between Bernal Avenue and the Arroyo Del <br />Valle to the R-1-6500, R-1-7500, R-1-8500, R-1-10,000, R-1-20,000 and <br />the Public and Institutional District or any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan. A negative declaration of environ- <br />mental impacts was also considered. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty <br />that the negative declaration prepared for RZ-80-12 be recommended for <br />approval as the project would have no adverse environmental impacts on <br />the environment. <br />-14- <br /> <br />
