OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />There were none. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-81-1, Michael Harris <br />Application of Michael Harris for rezoning of the approximately 1 acre <br />site located near the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las <br />Positas Boulevard, just north of Fire Station No. 3, from the RM-25 <br />(Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development- <br />High Density Residential) District or to any other zoning district con- <br />sistent with the General Plan and for development plan approval for <br />a 16-unit townhouse residential development on the site. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was also considered.- <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and the reason for this request. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The applicant, Mike Harris, 6111 Johnson Drive addressed the Commission <br />stating he concurred with the staff report and this new application <br />would enable FHA financing and urged approval of his application. <br />The public hearing waS closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-1 be recommended <br />for approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Resolution No. 1946 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the environmental assessment completed for case PUD-81-1. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-81-1 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions shown on the staff report of 2/17/81. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1947 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-81-8 as per the staff report of 2/17/81. <br />-4- <br />......... _..._... ._..T..... ._ __. <br />
