RZ-80-15, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately <br />43 acre site located approximately 830 ft. south of the existing <br />City limit line between Foothill Road and I-680 to any zoning <br />district consistent with the Low Density Residential designation <br />of the General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental <br />impacts will also be considered; <br />PUD-80-16, Meyer Properties, Inc. <br />Application of Meyer Properties, Inc. for planned unit <br />development (Industrial and Commercial) zoning and develop- <br />ment plan approval for an approximately 82 acre site located <br />at the nortnwest corner o= t~opyara xoa <br />The tentative proposal for land uses f <br />indicates approximately 36 acres of in <br />24 acres of office development and 11 <br />mercial development to be served by 11 <br />streets. Commissioners Doherty <br />informed of this date and asked <br />that the City Council offered a <br />date set and that this date was <br />noon of 2/17/81. <br />ail desired to have a joint meeting and <br />the date most people could attend this <br />and Getty stated they had just been <br />why.
