Chairperson Wilson stated he is concerned about a 24 ft. driveway and <br />wondered if the City Engineer and Mr. Price could work something out <br />which is a little more adequate than 24 ft. and would like input from <br />the fire department. <br />Mr. Price said that the front of the divider could be moved back and <br />this would increase maneuverability. He further said that with 17 homes <br />the amount of traffic would not be substantial. Commissioner Lindsey <br />then asked if the staff was in accord with this statement. Mr. Warnick <br />said he had no problem with moving the divider back. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1957 was then entered and adopted approving Tract 4758 <br />as discussed. <br />Tract 4805, Heritage Construction <br />Application of Heritage Construction Company for tentative map approval <br />of Tract 4805 for a proposed 11 lot single-family townhouse subdivision <br />of approximately 7 acres of land at the southwest corner of Pico and <br />Vineyard Avenue. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development- <br />Medium Density Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked about hazard control and Mr. Warnick explained. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The applicant, Roy Gillette, Heritage Construction, said he agreed with <br />the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />The staff pointed out that the tract number should correctly read 4805, <br />and not 4807 as shown on the various reports. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, <br />that Tract 4805 be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report <br />of 2/17/81. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 1958 was then entered and adopted approving Tract 4805 <br />for Heritage Construction. <br />-13- <br /> <br />
