Resolution No. 1964 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-80-15 prezoning the property to (PUD-Low Density Residential) <br />as recommended in the staff report. <br />UP-81-3, Warmington Homes <br />Application of Warmington Homes for a conditional use permit which would <br />allow the development of a model home complex and sales office to be <br />located approximately 250' south of Fairlands Drive on the extension <br />of Gulfstream Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development-Medium Density Residential) District. A negative declaration <br />of environmental impacts will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report stating the conditions were <br />typical for a model home complex. <br />Bob Gould, Warmington Homes, stated he agrees to the conditions imposed <br />in the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Getty asked about the liability concerning the proposed <br />tot lot. Mr. Gould explained. Commissioner Getty addressed parked <br />cars fronting the tot lot. He addressed Condition No. 4 <br />regarding signs.
