Mr. Harris <br />told Mr. Harrison this condition is a requirement of the Police <br />Department and he (Mr. Harrison) should discuss this matter with them; <br />regarding No. 9 and the requirement of an aerial photograph, Mr. Harrison <br />asked if this was mandatory and the Commission told him it is inasmuch <br />as the purchasers of the home have a right to know the surrounding land <br />use and many times are led astray as to future development of surround- <br />ing areas; concerning No. 12 with regard to street trees, Mr. Harrison <br />suggested that the landscaping provided for the models should be more <br />than sufficient.
