formation of the assessment district for the improvements as set forth <br />in the North Pleasanton Traffic Study, Volume 2, has been done." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty and Lindsey <br />Noes: Commissioner Jamieson and Chairperson Wilson <br />Resolution No. 1961 was then amended to reflect this change. <br />Chairperson Wilson stated he felt the excluded condition mentioned <br />above to be a mitigating measure and thus did not vote for approval <br />of the project with its removal. <br />RZ-80-15, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone the approximately 43 <br />acre parcel located 830' south of the existing City limit line between <br />Foothill Road and I-680 to any zoning district consistent with the Low <br />Density Residential designation of the General Plan. A negative <br />declaration of environmental impacts was also considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. He reiterated that only zoning <br />and not a development plan is being considered at this time. <br />Robert Laurence, planning consultant for the applicant spoke saying <br />the owners are agreeable to the staff recommendation. <br />Lynn Bowers, Engineer for the project presented a lot size breakdown <br />to the Planning Commission. He said he realizes the Planning Commission <br />is not considering lot size at this time. He spoke to limitations <br />placed on a PUD regarding exemption from RAP while straight R-1-20 <br />rezoning is exempt. The City Attorney said he would check the records <br />to determine the intent of the ordinance. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-80-15 be <br />recommended for approval as this project would have no significant <br />effects on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Resolution No. 1963 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-80-15. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Chairperson <br />Wilson that case RZ-80-15 be recommended for approval per the staff <br />report (PUD-Low Density Residential zoning for the property). <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />-7- <br />_- __ _ __. .._ __..._. a.._...._.__ _ __ . ___ _ __ ,. .._ __ _ _ W r..___._.. . . <br />
