Commissioner <br />Getty did not. <br />Concerning Condition No. 7, Chairperson Wilson said the intersection <br />should stay right where it is. The other four Commissioners agreed <br />with this. <br />Condition No. 14 - Commissioner Doherty said he wants to see a one-for- <br />one replacement of trees removed. Commissioner Jamieson said they <br />should be the same size as the ones removed. They addressed the rest <br />of the conditions #15 through #25. Mr. Harris said Condition #21 was <br />put in at the request of the bond counsel. <br />Concerning Condition No. 29, Mr. Harris explained. They went through <br />the balance of the conditions with no comments. <br />Chairperson Wilson asked if the Commissioners wanted to add conditions <br />to the staff recommendation. <br />Commissioner Doherty said he would like to see buildings two stories <br />or taller be sprinklered throughout. Chairperson Wilson said he would <br />go along with a three story, but not a two story. Commissioner Lindsey <br />asked if the fire study would address this. Commissioner Doherty said <br />he didn't want to set a precedent by not requiring the extra sprinklering. <br />The City Attorney suggested that perhaps the Planning Commission would <br />like to discuss the initiation of a change to the Building Code to re- <br />quire sprinklering of two-story buildings. <br />Mr. Harris suggested that it should be studied before a recommendation <br />is made on this matter. Commissioner Doherty said he would rescind his <br />comments until the matter is studied. <br />Commissioner Wilson said he would like to add the condition stated <br />earlier concerning holding up building permits for the formulation of <br />assessment district.
