Zoning is I-P (Industrial Park) <br />District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts was also <br />considered. <br />Mr. Tiarris presented the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />Chairperson Wilson addressed the sewer line of the property and the <br />fact that it abuts his property. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Earl Mason, Associated Professions, Livermore, represented the appli- <br />cant.
