Resolution No. 2004 was then entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration prepared for Tract 4863. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that Tract 4863 be approved subject to the staff report, amending <br />the map to reflect that on Oakland Avenue the sidewalk be adjacent to <br />the curb and that the sidewalk on Rheem Avenue be eliminated. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Doherty and Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 2005 was then entered and adopted approving the tentative <br />map prepared for Tract 4863. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting was continued at 12:16am <br />by Chairperson DeWitt Wilson to May 27, 1981, 5:OOpm, 200 Bernal Avenue. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Robert J.
