No one addressed the Commission. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that the conditional use permit allowing rabbits on the property at <br />6387 Alvord Way indefinitely subject to the conditions of the use permit <br />granted August 13, 1980. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Getty, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioners Doherty <br />Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />and Jamieson <br />Resolution No. 2001 was then entered and adopted extending the con- <br />ditional use permit filed under case UP-80 17 indefinitely. <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />Chairperson Wilson stated that may e Items No. 1, 4 and 5 would be <br />feasible but that there just isn't much money to complete many of the <br />projects suggested in the capital improvement program. <br />Tentative Map, Tract 4850, Northwood Homes <br />Application of Northwood Homes for tentative tract approval to sub- <br />divide an approximately 1.78 acre site into 8 single-family residential <br />parcels located on Muirwood Drive, immediately north of its intersection <br />with Lemonwood Way. The property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family <br />Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Larry Bartelson, MacKay and Somps, represented the applicant and <br />asked for clarification of Condition No. 7. Mr. Harris stated that <br />Condition No. 7 is a standard condition. Mr. Bartelson addressed <br />Conditions No. 11 and No. 20. He said he would like the wording <br />changed on 11 and that 'ditch to daylight' on the map was in error. <br />Chairperson Wilson asked if there were any problems with Condition No. <br />23 inasmuch as he had received telephone calls from developers regarding <br />park dedication. Mr. Bartelson stated that this requirement has been <br />met by Northwood Homes already so it didn't present a problem to them. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that Tract 4850 be approved subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report of 5/20/81 amending No. 11 and 20 to read as follows: <br />No. 11 That the developer submit a dust control <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans <br />prior to approval of the final map; and <br />-11- <br /> <br />
