He suggested some amendments <br />to the proposed standards as follows: <br />Private: <br />- One~edroom or less: 75 sq. ft. private open <br />space per unit with minimum dimension of 5 ft. <br />for above ground decks plus 8 feet for ground <br />level areas. <br />dimensions shall be subject to insuring adequate <br />air an light for adjacent parcels. <br />- Side: Modified to 10' total, 5 feet minimum. <br />5ub~ect to.... <br />Mr. Harris explained the reasons for these proposed amendments to the <br />original proposed standards. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked if any restrictions have been imposed on <br />these properties being forbidden to convert to condos. Mr. Harris ex- <br />plained the condominium conversion ordinance that City Council passed <br />6/9/81. <br />Commissioner Lindsey stated he is part of an ad-hoc committee to review <br />parking in the downtown area.
