Resolution No. 2015 was then entered and adopted initiating an <br />ordinance code change for the downtown area. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Valley Business Associates, Tract 4889 <br />Application of Valley Business Associates for approval of a tentative <br />map proposing the division of approximately 69 acres into 40 parcels <br />located east of the residences along Kolln Street, between Valley <br />Avenue and the Western Pacific Railroad tracks. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval <br />inasmuch as this map is in accordance with the modified-approved planned <br />unit development. <br />Mr. Warnick requested that Condition No. 2 of the Report from Engineering <br />Services be changed to read: <br />"That approval for driveway opening from Lots 1,23, and <br />24 be withheld pending specific approval prior to final <br />map approval." <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Gregg Davies, partner in Valley Business Associates addressed the <br />Commission.
