UP-81-10, Kaiser Sand & Gravel <br />Application of Kaiser Sand & Gravel for a conditional use permit which <br />would allow the installation and operation of an asphaltic batch plant <br />on their premises located at 3311 Stanley Blvd. The property is zoned <br />"I-G" (General Industrial) District. A negative declaration of envir- <br />onmental impacts will also be considered. <br />This matter was continued to August 12, 1981. <br />GP-80-2, Reynold C. Johnson <br />App ication o Reyno C. Johnson for a general plan amendment to <br />change the land use designation of an approximately 194 acre site <br />located immediately south of I-580 and east of El Charro Road approxi- <br />mately 3,300 feet east of the existing City limit line from "Agricul- <br />tural and Grazing" to "General and Limited Industrial". <br />This matter was continued to August 12, 1981 at the request of the <br />applicant. <br />RZ-81-7, City of Pleasanton <br />App ication o t e City o Pleasanton to amend Article 23 (Non-con- <br />forming uses), Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton as it relateds to the elimination of non-conforming uses, <br />structures and signs. <br />This matter was continued to August 12, 1981 at the request of the <br />applicant. <br />UP-81-11, Amador Valle Athletic Club <br />App ication of Ama or Va ey Ath etic Club for a conditis~nal use per- <br />mit which would allow the construction and operation of a swimming <br />pool as part of a recreational facility located at 7090 Johnson Drive. <br />The property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District. <br />Commissioner Lindsey stated he would abstain from this application. <br />Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked the location of the proposed swimming pool. <br />Mr. Harris stated it would be on the south side of the building. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Steve Gilmore, 4002 Peregrine, the applicant spoke.
