The property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) District. Commissioner Lindsey stated he would abstain from this application. Mr. Harris explained the staff report and recommendation of approval. Commissioner Jamieson asked the location of the proposed swimming pool. Mr. Harris stated it would be on the south side of the building. The public hearing was opened. Steve Gilmore, 4002 Peregrine, the applicant spoke. He state he con- curred with the conditions contained in the staff report. The public hearing was closed.
