Energy and P easanton Garbage Service, Inc. <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a solid <br />waste fired incinerator for energy cogeneration within a 2880 sq. ft. <br />structure at the Pleasanton Garbage Service transfer station at <br />3110 Busch Road. Zoning for the property is I-G (General Industrial) <br />District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also <br />be considered. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed staff report. <br />Mr. Bill Moore, 1816 Tanglewood appeared for applicant and indicated <br />he had nothing to add beyond the staff rpoert.
