Commissioner Jamieson moved to approve the mitigated negative declaration and was seconded by Commissioner Wilson. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Chairperson Getty Noes: None Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson, and Resolution No. 2024 was then entered and adopted recommending approval of the mitigated negative declaration for Case PUD-81-4. Commissioner Wilson moved, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, to approve PUD-81-4 subject to the staff's 48 conditions and one additional condition: To remove Building No. 1 and convert that area to parking until such time as removal of the railroad tracks makes additional parking available. Energy and P easanton Garbage Service, Inc. for a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a solid waste fired incinerator for energy cogeneration within a 2880 sq. ft. structure at the Pleasanton Garbage Service transfer station at 3110 Busch Road. Zoning for the property is I-G (General Industrial) District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. Mr. Harris reviewed staff report. Mr. Bill Moore, 1816 Tanglewood appeared for applicant and indicated he had nothing to add beyond the staff rpoert. Commissioner Lindsey asked to whom the power would be sold and Mr. Moore said P.G.&_:E. Commissioner Jamieson said it was a commendable project. The public hearing was opened.
