Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report now recommending approval with <br />constrained uses on the property. He explained the staff's change of <br />opinion with regard to the application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Art Dunkley, 205-F Main Street, Pleasanton spoke representing Mr. Jorgensen. <br />He stated they are in accord with the staff report and recommendations <br />therein. He thanked staff for going back out and looking at the use <br />and the proponent's intent with regard to the application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wilson that the negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-11 be <br />adopted inasmuch as there will be no significant adverse environmental <br />effects on the environment with approval of the project. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 2038 was entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration prepared for case PUD-81-11. <br />A motion was then made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-81-11 be recommended for approval subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report of 8/12/81. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 2039 was entered and adopted approving case PUD-81-11 <br />per the conditions in the staff report of 8/12/81. <br />GP-80-2, Reynold C.
